We undertake a comprehensive process to inspect and propose the best fit to revive the equipment of our customer.

i) 100% detailed inspection as per the OEM and regulatory standards on the machines prior to performing the job

ii) Complete strip, inspect, replace and servicing of machineries (prime mover and power end)

iii) Calibration and Zone 2 component servicing

iv) 3 coat painting on the lifting frames, load test and MPI inspection of the lifting frames

v) Engagement with 3rd party on Zone 2 Survey witness test/ certification.
